Enquiry notice
Enquiry & Contact Consent
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This notice explains the consent requested when you ask an adviser to contact you about an investment opportunity, broader financial planning or life cover.
1. Information attached to the enquiry
Depending on the route you use, we may send the contact information you submit together with relevant context such as selected topics, calculator inputs and an illustrative result. This allows the receiving adviser to understand the reason for your request.
2. Who receives the enquiry?
The enquiry is sent only after your consent to the authorised financial adviser or financial services provider identified when you request contact, or an appropriately authorised adviser assigned to the enquiry.
3. How may the adviser contact you?
Your enquiry consent permits reasonable contact about that specific enquiry using the details you provide, including phone, WhatsApp or email. It does not mean you have accepted any investment, insurance policy or other financial product.
4. Future marketing is separate
Future electronic marketing is optional and is not required to submit a specific adviser enquiry. If you choose the separate marketing option, the exact consent wording shown at submission is recorded with the lead. Marketing messages must provide an appropriate way to opt out.
5. Withdraw consent or object
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing, subject to lawful record-keeping obligations and processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
